Noble Teachers expects the ideal candidate to possess the following professional competencies:
A bachelor’s degree in Science Education or a related discipline.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
Proven background in teaching or mentoring, particularly in childcare or early learning environments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging children and adults effectively.
Expertise in behavior management and applied behavior analysis methods.
Familiarity with physical education concepts and their application in mentoring sessions.
Preference for candidates with a childcare or early childhood education background.
Experience working with toddlers is a plus.
Enthusiastic about educating and supporting the holistic growth of young learners.
