Noble Teachers expects the ideal candidate to possess the following professional competencies:
Holds a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Children’s Care, Learning, and Development (or equivalent).
Familiarity with Montessori principles is an advantage.
Proven experience in nursery or childcare, with a focus on building positive, engaging relationships.
A strong team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Brings creativity, enthusiasm, and a positive outlook to support both children and colleagues.
