Noble Teachers expects the ideal candidate to possess the following professional competencies:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
Expertise or experience in working with SEN students, particularly those with ASC, ADHD, and other specific needs.
Knowledge of intervention strategies such as Attention Autism and Team Teach (desirable).
Ability to modify teaching techniques to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, dedicated to partnering with parents, caretakers, and external agencies.
A positive and supportive attitude towards students with SEN, promoting their well-being and integration into the school community.
